Job Description

Red Lobster is a renowned American casual dining restaurant chain specializing in seafood. Established over fifty years ago from a family-owned restaurant, Red Lobster has grown into a flourishing brand with more than 500 locations. The company prides itself on creating memorable dining experiences that celebrate the connection to the sea and coastal cuisine. Red Lobster is much more than a place to eat – it is a community hub where new friends become familiar faces, and warm hospitality is extended to every guest. With a deep dedication to customer service and quality food, Red Lobster continues to be a leader in the seafood restaurant industry, offering a welcoming environment for both diners and employees.

As a Busser/Runner at Red Lobster, you will play a key role in ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization at tables and in the dining environment, supporting servers by delivering food promptly, and providing courteous service to guests. The role requires a keen attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team. Flexibility is also important, as shift schedules can vary and the work environment is dynamic and fast-paced. Red Lobster offers competitive weekly pay, flexible schedules, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance starting at under $10 per week. Additional benefits include life insurance, short-term disability, voluntary benefits, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company matching after one year, anniversary pay for eligible employees, discounted meals during shifts, and a 25% discount when dining as a guest. Furthermore, Red Lobster emphasizes career development by providing training and opportunities for advancement within the company. Joining Red Lobster means becoming a part of a passionate team dedicated to excellent restaurant service and community involvement. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a lively environment where their efforts directly contribute to customer satisfaction and team success. There's never been a better time to become a member of the Red Lobster family, with exciting plans for the future and a workplace culture that values diversity, equality, and inclusion.
