As a Busser/Runner at Red Lobster, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for guests. This position offers competitive wages ranging from $16.90 to $25.00 per hour, with weekly pay and flexible scheduling options that accommodate your lifestyle. In your role as a Busser/Runner, you will be responsible for welcoming guests with a friendly smile, preparing your station for each shift, and ensuring tables are properly set with silverware and condiments. Your tasks will also include refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables to prepare for new guests, and running hot food from the kitchen to guests promptly. Supporting servers and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness are essential parts of this role. You will clear and reset tables, clean seats and floors, communicate table readiness, and assist with breaking down items in the dish area.

This job requires physical stamina, as you will be on your feet for shifts that last between 8 to 12 hours, often bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting items weighing up to 30 pounds safely. The ability to work well in a team, pay attention to detail, and multitask is critical for success. Job Duties

  • Welcoming every guest into our restaurant with a smile
  • Setting up station for the shift
  • Ensuring silverware and condiments are on the table
  • Refilling drinks and pre-bussing
  • Running hot food to guests when ready in alley
  • Providing guest support for Servers as needed
  • Following all food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Clearing dishes from tables, resetting table, and cleaning seats and floors
