As a Busser/Runner at Red Lobster, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of restaurant operations and delivering an exceptional guest experience. This position involves welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, setting up and maintaining stations with necessary supplies such as silverware and condiments, and providing timely support to servers by refilling drinks, running hot food, and pre-bussing tables. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety standards by clearing dishes, resetting tables, cleaning seats and floors, and breaking down items in dish areas. Your ability to communicate effectively about table readiness and support various service functions will contribute to the overall efficiency and positive atmosphere that guests expect from Red Lobster.

This is a dynamic role requiring physical stamina, the ability to multitask, and teamwork. Candidates must be able to stand and move for extended shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours while safely lifting objects up to 30 pounds.
