As a Busser/Runner, your responsibilities will include greeting every guest with a smile, preparing your station before each shift, ensuring tables are set with silverware and condiments, refilling drinks, and clearing dishes promptly. You will also deliver hot food to guests when ready from the hallway, assist servers when necessary, and always adhere to food safety and cleanliness protocols. Keeping the dining area tidy by clearing and resetting tables as well as cleaning seats and floors are key duties. You will communicate table availability efficiently and sort items in the dishwashing area. This role requires physical capability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds, and the ability to stand for 8 to 12 hours per shift. Teamwork, attention to detail, multitasking, and compliance with workplace health and safety standards are essential traits.
