Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment with attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior restaurant or food service experience a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Receive each customer with a smile
- Prepare the station for the shift
- Ensure silverware and condiments are on the table
- Refill drinks and clear used dishes and glassware
- Deliver hot food to customers when ready in the pass
- Assist servers with customers as needed
- Follow all food safety and cleanliness standards
- Clear dishes from tables, reset tables, and clean seats and floors
- Communicate table availability
- Sort items in the dishwashing area
