The role of a Busser/Runner at Red Lobster is integral to ensuring a seamless dining experience for every guest. As a Busser/Runner, you will be the face of hospitality that welcomes guests with a warm smile while supporting the servers and kitchen staff to create a smooth operation. This job also requires physical stamina to maneuver throughout the restaurant for 8 to 12 hours, including standing and lifting up to 30 pounds.
