In this role, your primary responsibilities will include greeting guests with a smile, setting up your station for each shift, ensuring tables are stocked with silverware and condiments, refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and delivering hot food to guests. You will assist servers as needed, follow strict food safety and cleanliness standards, clear and reset tables, clean seats and floors, communicate table readiness to the team, and help in the dish area by breaking down items efficiently. Success in this role depends on being a team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

The physical demands of the Busser/Runner position include the capacity to bend, stoop, reach, and safely lift up to 30 pounds. You must be able to stand and move around the restaurant continuously for 8 to 12-hour shifts.
