As a Busser/Runner, you will play a key role in maintaining the restaurant's cleanliness and readiness, setting up stations for shifts, and ensuring that silverware and condiments are properly arranged on tables. Your responsibilities will also include welcoming guests with a warm smile, refilling drinks, assisting servers by providing guest support, and delivering hot food promptly to tables. Maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards is a priority, as you clear dishes, reset tables, clean seats and floors, communicate table readiness to servers, and help manage the dish area. The physical demands of the role require the ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds.
