Job Requirements

  • Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a team
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Duties

  • Greet each guest entering the restaurant with a smile
  • Prepare the station for the shift
  • Ensure cutlery and condiments are set on tables
  • Refill drinks and clear used plates and glassware
  • Deliver hot food to guests promptly from the pass
  • Assist servers with guest needs as required
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Clear tables, reset them, and clean seats and floors
  • Communicate table availability to the host
  • Separate items in the dishwashing area
