The role of Busser/Runner is integral to ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for guests at Red Lobster. Bussers/Runners are responsible for setting up their stations, ensuring tables are properly equipped with silverware and condiments, and assisting servers by refilling drinks, clearing dishes, and resetting tables promptly. A key part of the job involves running hot food from the kitchen to the guests quickly and safely while adhering to strict food safety and cleanliness standards. Communication within the team is crucial to coordinate table readiness and ensure the overall service flow remains seamless.

This role demands physical stamina and attention to detail. It requires the ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift up to 30 pounds safely, and remain on one’s feet for an extended period, typically between 8 to 12 hours during shifts. Teamwork skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic restaurant environment are essential for success.
