The Busser/Runner role at Red Lobster plays a vital part in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests. This position is suited for individuals who are energetic, attentive, and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment. As a Busser/Runner, you will be responsible for welcoming guests warmly, setting up your station, and ensuring that tables are properly prepared with silverware and condiments. You will assist servers by refilling drinks, running hot food to tables, pre-bussing and clearing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness by resetting tables and cleaning seats and floors. Effective communication with the team is essential, especially in signaling table readiness and managing dish area responsibilities.

Physical stamina and teamwork are critical for success in this role, as it requires bending, reaching, stooping, and safely lifting items up to 30 pounds, as well as standing and moving continuously throughout an 8 to 12-hour shift. Red Lobster values attention to detail and the ability to multitask under busy conditions. This position not only supports smooth restaurant operations but also enhances guest satisfaction by maintaining an inviting and orderly dining environment.
