As a Busser/Runner, you will be a vital part of the restaurant team responsible for greeting guests warmly, preparing stations for shifts, maintaining clean and well-set tables with condiments and silverware, refilling drinks, removing used dishes and glassware, and delivering hot food to guests. You will support servers by assisting with customer needs, follow all food safety and sanitation protocols, and ensure the dining area is clean and welcoming by clearing and resetting tables, cleaning seats and floors, and communicating table availability to the host. This role requires physical stamina to stand for long periods, ability to safely lift up to 30 pounds, and strong teamwork and multitasking skills.
