As a Busser/Runner, you will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth flow of the dining experience. Your responsibilities include warmly welcoming each guest, preparing your station for the shift, ensuring that tables have the necessary utensils and condiments, refilling beverages, and promptly clearing used dishes and glassware. You will also deliver hot food to guests from the pass, assist servers as needed, and strictly follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. After guests have finished dining, you will be responsible for clearing and resetting tables, cleaning seats and floors, and communicating table availability to the team. Your efforts help create a clean and hospitable environment that enhances guest satisfaction and supports the overall operation of the restaurant.

Success in this role requires physical endurance and the ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and excellent multitasking skills. You must be able to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds, as well as stand for 8 to 12 hours per shift.
