This employment opportunity is for the position of Busser/Runner at Red Lobster. We offer competitive weekly pay and flexible scheduling to accommodate your lifestyle. As a Busser/Runner, you will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth flow of the dining experience. Your responsibilities include warmly welcoming each guest, preparing your station for the shift, ensuring that tables have the necessary utensils and condiments, refilling beverages, and promptly clearing used dishes and glassware. You will also deliver hot food to guests from the pass, assist servers as needed, and strictly follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. After guests have finished dining, you will be responsible for clearing and resetting tables, cleaning seats and floors, and communicating table availability to the team. Your efforts help create a clean and hospitable environment that enhances guest satisfaction and supports the overall operation of the restaurant.
Success in this role requires physical endurance and the ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and excellent multitasking skills. You must be able to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds, as well as stand for 8 to 12 hours per shift. Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts
- Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting

- Good communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Greet each guest at the restaurant with a smile
- Prepare the station for the shift
- Ensure utensils and condiments are on the table
- Refill beverages and clear used dishes and glassware
- Deliver hot food to guests from the pass
- Provide assistance to servers with guests as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Clear tables, reset tables, and clean seats and floors
- Communicate table availability
- Separate items in the dishwashing area
