This role is for a Busser/Runner, a pivotal position within the Red Lobster team, responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations in front-of-house service. The Busser/Runner is the first friendly face guests see upon entering the restaurant and plays a crucial role in maintaining guest satisfaction by providing timely and attentive support to servers and guests. Responsibilities include setting up workstation stations, ensuring tables are properly equipped with silverware and condiments, refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, running hot food orders to guests promptly, and assisting servers as needed throughout the shift. Meticulous attention to cleanliness and food safety standards is expected, involving clearing and resetting tables and thorough cleaning of seating areas and floors.

Physical fitness and stamina are important for success in this role, as it requires the ability to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds. Being a team player with strong multitasking skills and keen eye for detail is essential for effectively navigating a fast-paced restaurant environment.
