As a Busser/Runner at Red Lobster, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your responsibilities involve greeting guests warmly, preparing dining areas for service, and ensuring tables are stocked with silverware and condiments. Your role is vital in supporting the serving staff by refilling drinks, clearing and resetting tables, and promptly delivering hot food to guests. Maintaining cleanliness and following food safety standards are essential aspects of this position. This role requires physical stamina, as it involves standing for long periods, moving swiftly throughout the restaurant, and lifting up to 30 pounds safely.
