As a Busser/Runner at Red Lobster, you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for guests. Responsibilities include welcoming guests with a smile, setting up your station for each shift, making sure silverware and condiments are on the tables, and assisting servers by refilling drinks and clearing dishes. You will run hot food to guests promptly, help maintain cleanliness by clearing and resetting tables, cleaning seats and floors, and communicating table readiness to your team. This position requires a team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Meeting food safety and cleanliness standards is also a key aspect of your daily tasks.

Physically, the role requires the ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds safely, as well as the stamina to remain standing and move throughout the restaurant during shifts that can range from eight to twelve hours.
