The Busser/Runner role at Red Lobster is a vital position within the restaurant, providing crucial support to ensure that guests receive timely, efficient, and friendly service. As a Busser/Runner, you will be the first person to welcome guests with a warm smile and play an integral role in setting the stage for their dining experience. Your responsibilities include preparing your station for each shift, setting tables with the appropriate silverware and condiments, refilling drinks, and running hot food to guests as it becomes ready. You will support servers by pre-bussing tables and assisting with guest needs, always maintaining cleanliness and adhering to strict food safety standards. Clearing dishes, resetting tables, cleaning seats and floors, and communicating table status to the team are also essential parts of the role.

Red Lobster values team players who bring attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and a strong work ethic. This role involves physical activity, such as bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting up to 30 pounds safely, as well as being able to stand and move throughout the restaurant during long shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours.
