The company is deeply connected to the communities it serves, fostering a welcoming environment where new friends become familiar faces. As a leader in the casual dining sector, Red Lobster emphasizes quality, hospitality, and community engagement. The position offers competitive wages ranging from $16.90 to $25.00 per hour and includes weekly pay. Additional benefits include options for medical, dental, and vision coverage starting at less than $10 per week, life insurance, short-term disability, and voluntary benefits. Employees can participate in a 401(k) retirement savings plan with a company match after one year of service, and are eligible for anniversary pay. Red Lobster also provides discounted shift meals and a 25% discount when dining as a guest. The company invests in training and career development to help employees advance and grow within the organization.

Red Lobster values individuals who meet the physical demands of the role, including the ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds safely, as well as the stamina to stand and move around the restaurant for 8 to 12 hour shifts. Teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task are critical traits for success in this busy and fast-paced environment. Red Lobster is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where all employees and applicants are treated fairly regardless of age, race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, or veteran status.

With exciting plans for growth and development, joining the Red Lobster family means becoming part of a vibrant and evolving team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences and building lasting connections with guests and one another.
