As a Busser/Runner at Red Lobster, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience by ensuring the restaurant is clean, organized, and well-stocked. Your responsibilities include welcoming customers with a friendly smile, preparing stations for shifts, setting tables with utensils and condiments, and refilling beverages. You will assist servers by clearing plates and glassware, delivering hot food to customers in the aisles, and communicating table availability to management. Maintaining safety and cleanliness standards in food handling is essential. The position requires physical endurance, including the ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds, as well as standing for shifts that last between 8 and 12 hours. Teamwork, attention to detail, and multitasking ability are key qualities for success in this role. Job Duties

  • Greet each guest in the restaurant with a smile
  • Prepare station for shift
  • Ensure utensils and condiments are set on the table
  • Refill beverages and clear used plates and glassware
  • Deliver hot food to customers when ready in the aisle
  • Provide assistance to servers with guests as needed
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Clear tables, reset tables, and clean seats and floors
  • Communicate table availability
  • Separate items in the dishwashing area
