This job opening is for the position of Busser/Runner within Red Lobster, a vital role that supports the smooth operation of the restaurant and contributes directly to guest satisfaction. In this role, a Busser/Runner is responsible for warmly greeting guests and preparing their dining environment by setting tables with clean silverware and condiments. They assist servers by refilling beverages, removing used dishes and glassware, and promptly delivering hot food orders to customers when ready. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area is essential, including clearing and resetting tables, cleaning seating and floors, sorting items in the dishwashing area, and ensuring the efficient flow of service. Safety and food sanitation guidelines must always be followed.
Physical requirements include the ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely carry up to 30 pounds, as well as the capability to remain on their feet for 8 to 12 hour shifts. The ideal candidate works well in a team environment, pays close attention to details, and can handle multitasking in a fast-paced setting. Job Duties
- Greet every guest at the restaurant with a smile
- prepare the station for the shift
- ensure silverware and condiments are on the table

- follow all food safety and sanitation rules
- clear plates from tables, reset the table, and clean seats and floors
