We are currently looking to hire enthusiastic and dedicated individuals for the role of Busser/Runner in our restaurants. This position is essential to maintaining the high standards of service and cleanliness that our guests expect. As a Busser/Runner, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive dining experience by ensuring that the restaurant environment is clean, organized, and welcoming.

In this role, you will be responsible for greeting every guest with a smile, setting up your station for your shift, ensuring tables are properly set with silverware and condiments, refilling drinks, and assisting servers as needed. You will ensure that all food safety and cleanliness standards are strictly followed, clear and reset tables efficiently, and maintain a clean dining environment. Your role will also include running hot food to guests promptly and communicating effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service.

The physical demands of this role are significant, requiring the ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift up to 30 pounds safely, and remain on your feet for shifts lasting 8 to 12 hours. Teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are critical skills needed to succeed as a Busser/Runner at Red Lobster.
