The brand prides itself on creating memorable dining experiences by serving beloved meals in a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. As part of the communities it serves, Red Lobster emphasizes not only quality food but also a sense of belonging where guests and employees alike find familiarity and connection. The company’s commitment to customers and team members alike forms the foundation of its long-standing reputation and ongoing success.

At Red Lobster, the role of Busser/Runner is key to maintaining an efficient and seamless service environment. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring that guests have a positive dining experience from arrival through to departure. Your tasks will include setting up tables with silverware and condiments, refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, delivering hot food promptly to guests, and assisting servers with guest needs. Additionally, maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards is a crucial part of this role, as well as communication with team members to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

The position requires physical stamina, as it involves bending, reaching, lifting up to 30 pounds, and standing for extended periods during shifts that can last between 8 to 12 hours. Attention to detail, multitasking skills, and the ability to work well within a team environment are essential qualities for success. This job offers a rewarding opportunity to grow and advance within Red Lobster, as the company provides training and career development opportunities. Employees are supported with benefits like weekly pay, competitive wages, flexible scheduling, and access to medical, dental, and vision plans starting at less than $10 per week. Additional benefits include life insurance, short-term disability, voluntary benefits, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with a company match after one year, anniversary pay for eligible employees, discounted meals during shifts, and a 25% discount when dining as a guest.

Red Lobster is proud to foster an inclusive workplace, welcoming applicants of all backgrounds, with an emphasis on creating a supportive and equal opportunity employment environment. Joining the Red Lobster family means becoming part of a community focused on delivering excellent guest experiences while offering meaningful work and growth potential for its team members.
