Key responsibilities include welcoming guests with a smile, preparing stations before shifts, ensuring tables are properly set with silverware and condiments, refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, running hot food promptly to guests, and supporting servers as needed. The Busser/Runner must strictly adhere to all food safety and cleanliness standards while efficiently clearing and resetting tables, cleaning seats and floors, communicating table readiness to the team, and assisting with dish area breakdown. This physically active role demands the ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds. Job Requirements
- Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the country
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
- Ability to move around the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- Must be a team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task
