Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, and reach for long periods
- able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 lbs
- able to carry heavy trays and multiple plates
- able to safely use a ladder
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience in a high-volume environment
- strong work ethic
- willingness to work as part of a team
- availability to work weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Support the restaurant and bar operations
- clear, clean, and reset tables
- refill beverages
- polish silverware
- assist guests with PopStroke mobile ordering app
- run food orders from kitchen to tables promptly
- ensure great customer service, accuracy, and presentation standards
- utilize technology to complete food pick up and drop off efficiently
- maintain cleanliness of all restaurant areas including gaming area and restrooms
- restock service stations and restrooms
- assist with opening and closing procedures by cleaning, stacking chairs and tables, sweeping floors, setting up outdoor furniture, and removing trash
- provide friendly and attentive service to guests
- uphold safety and sanitation principles
- collaborate with team members for efficient service
- work in indoor and outdoor environments
- perform other duties as assigned
