Job Requirements
- meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the united states
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts
- ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in restaurant or hospitality roles is a plus
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- strong teamwork and multitasking skills
- attention to detail
- willingness to learn and follow instructions
- basic knowledge of food safety practices
Job Duties
- greet every guest at the restaurant with a smile
- prepare the station for the shift
- ensure utensils and condiments are on the table
- refill beverages and clear used dishes and glassware
- deliver hot food to guests when it is ready in the pass-through
- assist servers with guests as needed
- follow all food safety and sanitation rules
- clear dishes from tables, reset tables, and clean seats and floors
- communicate table availability
- sort items in the dishwashing area
