The Busser/Runner plays a crucial role in the restaurant's daily operations, tasked with welcoming each guest with a smile and preparing stations for service. Responsibilities include ensuring tables are set with the appropriate utensils and condiments, refilling drinks, clearing dishes and glassware, and delivering hot food from the kitchen halls to guests promptly. The position requires teamwork and cooperation with servers to assist customers as needed while adhering strictly to food safety and cleanliness standards. Busser/Runners are also responsible for clearing tables, resetting them, cleaning seats and floors, communicating table availability, and managing items in the dishwashing area. This role demands physical stamina and attention to detail, with a typical shift involving standing for 8 to 12 hours and the ability to safely lift up to 30 pounds.

Job Duties
- Welcome each customer with a smile
- Prepare the station for the shift
- Ensure utensils and condiments are on the table
- Refill drinks and clear used plates and glassware
- Deliver hot food to customers when ready in the hallway
- Provide support to servers with customers as needed
- Follow all food safety and cleanliness standards
- Clear tables, reset them, and clean seats and floors
- Communicate table availability
- Sort items in the dishwashing area
