Job Description
Oak View Group (OVG) is recognized as the global leader in premium live entertainment infrastructure and services. Established in 2015, OVG has built a reputation for excellence by overseeing a platform that spans venue development, management, hospitality, and sponsorship sales. The company's influence encompasses seven world-class owned venues as well as an extensive client portfolio, including some of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions across four continents. This broad reach underscores OVG's commitment to delivering exceptional live entertainment experiences worldwide, integrating innovation, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction into all facets of their work.
Joining the Oak View Group as a Busser means becoming part of a dynamic and supportive restaurant service team within venues that host unforgettable live events. The Busser plays an essential role by assisting servers, ensuring guests receive their food and drink orders promptly, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment. This position is pivotal in supporting seamless service operations by collaborating closely with servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and other restaurant personnel. The role demands attention to detail, quick responsiveness, and a proactive attitude to help create a positive and memorable dining experience for all guests.
This Busser role is seasonal, running from June 25, 2026, through September 30, 2026. It offers an hourly wage range between $16.90 and $17.90, reflecting OVG's commitment to competitive compensation for its team members. The position remains open until August 28, 2026, providing an opportunity for applicants who thrive in vibrant, fast-paced environments linked to premium live entertainment settings.
In the capacity of Busser, the individual will be entrusted with responsibilities including picking up food from the kitchen and ensuring it reaches customers swiftly and accurately, managing drink orders from the bar, and setting and resetting tables with proper utensils and condiments. Furthermore, the role involves consistent cleaning and organizing of the dining area to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. The Busser also helps maintain a neat outdoor dining space and supports general cleaning tasks such as restocking supplies and handling recyclable disposables.
A successful Busser at OVG combines physical stamina with strong interpersonal skills; they must be able to lift and carry food trays, navigate outdoor areas comfortably, communicate effectively, and multitask efficiently. This demanding yet rewarding position requires a team-oriented mindset, ensuring coordinated, smooth services that enhance event attendees' experiences.
OVG is dedicated to diversity, inclusivity, and equality in the workplace. Embracing differences and inclusiveness is seen as a catalyst for innovation and excellence. Employees at Oak View Group are part of a culture that values distinct voices and backgrounds, fostering an environment where all team members can contribute meaningfully to the shared mission of excellence in the live entertainment industry. As an Equal Opportunity Employer, OVG affirms its commitment to fair hiring practices, prohibiting discrimination on any legally recognized basis. Joining Oak View Group represents not just a job but a chance to be part of a global leader transforming live events and hospitality with integrity and passion.
