Job Requirements
- Prior experience in a food service or hospitality role preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- capability to work in a fast-paced environment
- prior knowledge of Kitchen Display System (KDS) is a plus
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Managing ticket times
- plating accuracy and presentation
- communicating with cooks and servers
- delivering food to servers or directly to guest tables
- ensuring quality control of dishes before leaving kitchen
- order coordination to ensure proper flow
- plating and adding garnish or condiments
- serving as liaison between back of house and front of house
- assisting with food running during peak hours
- maintaining stock and cleanliness in expo area
- bussing to clear dirty tables quickly
- attending monthly department meetings
