Job Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of English language
- experience in five-star customer service
- familiarity with casual, fine dining and banquet food and beverage service
- Food Safety certification or willingness to acquire upon employment
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work well in high-pressure environments
- positive attitude and professional appearance
Job Duties
- Provide friendly and efficient bussing and food running service
- assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- support servers with clearing and resetting tables
- deliver food and beverages promptly to members and guests
- ensure member satisfaction through attentive and courteous service
- comply with food safety and sanitation standards
- assist during special events and functions as needed
