The busser/food runner position requires a friendly and outgoing personality combined with excellent communication skills to contribute positively to the overall dining experience. These team members play a crucial supporting role in daily restaurant activities, events, and bar service, directly impacting the satisfaction of members and guests.\n\nSuccessful candidates will demonstrate organizational skills and the ability to think and act swiftly while maintaining composure under pressure. Being member-sensitive and understanding the necessary timing for handling restaurant needs are critical aspects of the role. Additionally, dedication to personal appearance and professionalism are vital, as bussers and food runners embody the club's standards of hospitality.\n\nThis is a dynamic position where the busser/food runner must exhibit flexibility by working long hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime if required. The ability to stand or walk for extended periods and occasionally exert physical effort to lift or move objects up to 50 pounds is necessary.
