The role of Utility is crucial in ensuring that guests receive exemplary service and that all dining room operations run smoothly. In this multifaceted position, you will be responsible for delivering food orders accurately and promptly from the kitchen to the guest tables, ensuring that each plate is prepared and garnished as per our standards. You will maintain the cleanliness and organization of the expo line, coordinate effectively with the back-of-house team to expedite orders, and assist servers in delivering excellent table service. Additionally, part of your duties includes cleaning and resetting tables efficiently after guests leave, stocking the restaurant with clean silverware, plates, and glasses, and performing various side and cleaning tasks to maintain a hygienic and well-organized environment. This role demands strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work under pressure in a high-energy, noisy setting, and a dependable, punctual, and trustworthy work ethic. Knowledge of our food menus, proper food handling, and point-of-sale systems like Teamwork and Toast POS are beneficial to excel in this position.
