Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One or more years of experience in serving or related role in a full-service restaurant
- Current food handler's card
- Alcohol service certification as required by federal state or local law
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service hospitality
- Excellent guest service skills
- Willingness to perform other duties as required that are necessary to support the business
- Ability to lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to bend stoop or kneel frequently
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Ability to maneuver equipment such as hand carts blenders knives slices and wine keys
- Scheduled shifts determined by business needs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED

- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and hospitality
- Excellent guest service skills
- Ability to perform other duties necessary to support the business
Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a friendly smile demonstrating genuine hospitality and work as a team player
- Deliver exceptional services by assisting servers with food delivery to guests
- Practice table maintenance including clearing and setting tables according to Tommy Bahama standards
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for all team members and guests
- Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds frequently
- Stand for the duration of shifts
- Use equipment such as hand carts, blenders, knives, and wine keys as required
