The role available is for a dynamic seasonal AM Busser/Food Expo/Room Service team member who will play a key part in enhancing the breakfast service experience. Job Duties

  • Assist the culinary team with managing incoming tickets checking food orders preparation and presentation prior to food going out
  • run food to correct tables seat numbers and respond to guest needs requests
  • set up and clear tables stock all service stations and assist food servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction
  • quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting promptly and consistently reset all service-ware as prescribed
  • maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware linen and condiments
  • practice teamwork and clean as you go policies
  • transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning
  • manage breakfast service room service calls and deliveries
  • attend monthly departmental meetings
