Job Qualifications

  • Experience in fine-dining restaurants is required
  • previous back-of-house or service experience in a high-end restaurant environment is highly preferred
  • must be available to work evenings and weekends
  • strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
  • meticulous attention to detail to ensure food is served to the highest standards of quality, presentation, and temperature

Job Duties

  • Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of food orders from the kitchen to guests, maintaining the highest standards of presentation and quality
  • act as the liaison between the kitchen and front-of-house staff, ensuring clear communication of food orders, special requests, and dietary restrictions
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area by promptly clearing tables and resetting for the next guests
  • monitor food quality and presentation before delivery to ensure it meets Savoy’s high standards
  • assist the kitchen and wait staff in ensuring a smooth, seamless service during busy periods
  • contribute to the overall guest experience by working efficiently and with a positive attitude under pressure
