Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in hospitality or food service is beneficial but not mandatory
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items up to 50 lbs
- reliable transportation and punctual arrival
- willingness to work evening hours Thursday through Sunday and during some holidays
- strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- must be able to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards consistently

- reliable transportation and punctuality required
- ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs
- previous restaurant, hospitality, dishwashing, or bussing experience is a plus but not required
- must be dependable, organized, and willing to help wherever needed
Job Duties
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to support smooth guest service
- assist servers and bartenders with guest needs during service
- maintain cleanliness of the dining room, bar area, restrooms, dish area, trash area, and other assigned spaces
- operate the dish machine and wash dishes, glassware, utensils, kitchen tools, and equipment
- keep dishwashing and trash areas clean, organized, sanitary, and ready for service
- take out trash and recycling as needed
- support kitchen, front-of-house staff, bartenders, servers, and management with additional tasks as assigned
- help create a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and team members
