This position is specifically for the role of Busser/Barback, essential to maintaining the smooth operation of Yard House’s dining and bar areas. As a Busser/Barback, you will act as an indispensable support system to servers and bartenders by ensuring that the dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas remain clean, sanitized, and well-stocked. This role involves clearing and sanitizing barware and plateware, restocking supplies, as well as replacing beer kegs to ensure fresh beer is continuously available on tap. This job requires a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and organization, which directly contributes to an excellent customer experience.
