Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant or bar environment preferred
- Ability to lift and carry moderate weights
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good communication skills

Job Duties
- Ensure the dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean, sanitized, and well-stocked
- Assist bartenders by clearing bar tops and cleaning barware
- Restock glassware and plateware as needed
- Change kegs to maintain the freshness of beers on tap
- Support servers and bartenders to ensure efficient service
- Maintain visual appeal and cleanliness of all service areas
