We are currently seeking dedicated Busser/Barbacks to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our Servers and Bartenders by ensuring that the dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are meticulously maintained, clean, sanitized, and well-stocked. The Busser/Barbacks play a crucial part in maintaining the visual appeal and functionality of the establishment. Key responsibilities include assisting Bartenders in clearing the bar top, cleaning and sanitizing barware, and restocking glassware and plateware. A vital part of this position involves changing out kegs to ensure that our beers on tap remain fresh and of the highest quality. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
