The role of the Twin Peaks Bar Back is integral to the overall bar operation, supporting the Twin Peaks Girl and the bartending team to ensure the bar area runs smoothly and efficiently. The Bar Back is responsible for maintaining all bar-related materials and equipment, assisting with restocking items, changing kegs, and verifying that taps and appliances are functioning properly. Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a bar back
- ability to communicate in English
- must be able to understand the policies and procedures used to clean and sanitize a restaurant
- ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
- ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables
- must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures as outlined in the Twin Peaks training
- must attend and successfully complete the training program prior to working a shift without supervision
- must successfully attend and complete any and all other required training in compliance with local and state regulations such as food and/or alcohol service certifications

Job Duties

- maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
- ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times

- assisting with opening and closing duties including restocking the bar with all necessary items and cleaning

- changing kegs, checking taps, and appliances to confirm they are working and in good repair
