The role of Busser/Barback at Yard House is vital to maintaining the smooth operation of the dining and bar areas. As the right hand to servers and bartenders, the Busser/Barback ensures that the dining room, bar, lobby, and service zones are clean, sanitized, well-stocked, and visually appealing. This role involves assisting bartenders by clearing the bar top, cleaning and sanitizing barware, and restocking glassware and plateware, which are essential tasks to keep service running efficiently. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar environment preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Must be 18 years or older
