Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience as a bar back
- ability to communicate in English
- ability to comply with food and alcohol safety certifications
- capability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- strong attention to detail and discipline to maintain uniform and cleanliness standards
- willingness to complete all required training and orientation
- adherence to company policies and procedures
- no visible jewelry or headphones while on duty
- grooming standards including clean shaven or maintained facial hair
- hair must be kept clean and under the company hat
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bar back
- ability to communicate in English
- ability to understand policies and procedures used to clean and sanitize a restaurant
- ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
- ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables
- completion of required training program and compliance with local and state regulations such as food and alcohol service certifications
- maintenance of professional appearance including uniform adherence
Job Duties
