Job Duties
- Ensure the dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean and sanitized
- Assist bartenders in clearing the bar top and cleaning barware
- Restock glassware and plateware promptly
- Change out kegs to maintain fresh beers on tap
- Maintain a visually appealing environment in all service areas
- Support servers and bartenders to ensure smooth service
- Follow company house rules and promote a lively atmosphere
