Job Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
Minimum of 6 months of experience in bussing, food running, or hospitality support roles preferred
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
Professional, respectful demeanor and strong teamwork ethic
Background check and drug screen may be required for certain venues, including casinos

Job Duties

Quickly clear and reset tables, remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils in a timely, organized manner
Maintain a clean, orderly dining and service environment throughout the event
Assist servers in providing a seamless experience - refill water, respond to guest needs promptly and politely
Help with setting up tables, chairs, and dining areas before events
assist in post-event cleanup
Communicate with servers, kitchen staff, and supervisors to ensure efficient service flow
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Assist with light food running, polishing glassware, or restocking service areas when needed
