The role of Busser/Barback at Yard House serves as an essential support position within the restaurant and bar team. These team members are the right hands to the servers and bartenders. The Busser/Barback ensures that the dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas remain clean, sanitized, stocked, and visually appealing throughout the shift. They assist bartenders by clearing the bar top, cleaning and sanitizing barware, restocking glassware and plateware, and changing out kegs as necessary to keep the beer fresh on tap. This role is critical in maintaining the smooth operation of the bar and dining spaces, ensuring that customers enjoy a seamless and enjoyable experience.
