Job Duties
- ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean and sanitized
- assist bartenders in clearing the bar top
- clean and sanitize barware
- restock glassware and plateware
- change out kegs to maintain beer freshness
- maintain stocked and visually appealing service areas
- support servers and bartenders as needed
