As a Busser/Barback at Yard House, you will play a crucial role in supporting the servers and bartenders to ensure that the dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas remain clean, sanitized, stocked, and visually appealing at all times. This position requires a hands-on approach to maintaining a seamless flow of service, assisting bartenders with clearing the bar top, cleaning and sanitizing barware, and restocking glassware and plateware efficiently. Additionally, part of your responsibilities will include changing out kegs as needed to keep the tap beers fresh and ready for our enthusiastic patrons. This role is an essential backbone of the team, contributing significantly to the overall guest experience by ensuring the operational areas run smoothly and beautifully.
