As a well-established dining and entertainment venue, Yard House emphasizes inclusivity, diversity, and a strong sense of community among its staff and guests. The establishment prides itself on providing an extraordinary experience through its diverse menu offerings, quality service, and a festive environment where everyone feels welcome. Yard House’s team spirit is captured in their core values of bringing the vibe, being all in, having heart, and celebrating variety, which translate into an energetic and supportive workplace.

Yard House is currently seeking dedicated Busser/Barbacks to join their team, pivotal roles responsible for supporting servers and bartenders to ensure an exceptional experience for guests. This hourly position, paying $11.35 plus tips, requires individuals who are reliable, energetic, and eager to contribute to a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. The Busser/Barback assists with maintaining dining room, bar, lobby, and service area cleanliness, ensuring these spaces align with the restaurant’s high standards for sanitation and presentation. Key tasks include clearing and cleaning bar areas, sanitizing barware, and restocking glassware and plateware promptly and efficiently. The position calls for individuals who thrive in a lively setting and are committed to teamwork, guest satisfaction, and continuous personal and professional development.
