Busser/Barbacks are tasked with assisting bartenders by clearing bar tops, cleaning and sanitizing barware, and restocking glassware and plateware to keep service flowing smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, they handle changing out kegs when necessary to uphold the quality and freshness of beer on tap.
