Busser/Barback

The role of Busser/Barback at YARD HOUSE is essential for maintaining the high standards of service and atmosphere the restaurant is known for. This position plays a vital supportive role to Servers and Bartenders by ensuring that the dining room, bar, lobby, and all service areas are meticulously clean, sanitized, well-stocked, and visually appealing. The Busser/Barback takes pride in facilitating seamless dining and drinking experiences by assisting Bartenders with clearing the bar top, cleaning and sanitizing barware, and restocking glassware and plateware. An important aspect of the job includes changing out kegs to ensure the beers on tap are always fresh.
