Job Requirements
- ability to lift 50 lbs
- ability to stand for 10+ hours
- ability to work at a fast pace for at least 6 hours consecutively
- ability to adhere to uniform guidelines
- have a reliable form of transportation
- ability to memorize floor charts and table numbers
Job Qualifications

- previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- cleanliness of the restaurant including cleaning tables, restrooms, and all customer-facing areas
- general hoh duties of cleanliness include removal of trash, cleaning and organizing the dish area, and sweeping and moping of hoh floors
- clean the exterior of the restaurant including the parking lot and dumpster areas
- follow cleanliness and sanitation standards
- assist servers in giving great service to our guests
- assist bartenders with cleaning and restocking duties
- any other duties as assigned by your supervisor
