As part of its ongoing commitment to exceptional guest service, Chili's is hiring Busser Team Members who are essential to maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the dining room area. In this flexible role, available in both part-time and full-time schedules, Bussers play a critical part in supporting the front-of-house team by efficiently clearing dishes, sweeping floors, stocking supplies, sanitizing contact surfaces, and resetting tables promptly for incoming guests. The position requires quick responsiveness and a strong dedication to teamwork and communication, ensuring that the fast-paced environment of the restaurant runs smoothly and that guests receive the dependable and friendly service Chili's is known for. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is a plus
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Basic knowledge of sanitation and cleaning practices

Job Duties

  • Maintain a clean dining room by clearing dishes, sweeping dining room floors, stocking supplies, sanitizing contact surfaces, and resetting tables for the next guests
  • Perform duties to support the service team as instructed by a manager
  • Work quickly to provide friendly service and keep up with the pace of the restaurant and team
  • Requires some shifts on evenings, weekends, and holidays
